Enlaces Por La Salud
Enlaces Por La Salud is an HIV linkage, navigation, and education program for Mexican men and transgender women. The intervention is grounded in a transnational framework for providing cultural context to support the delivery of one-on-one educational sessions to Latina(o/x) people with a new HIV diagnosis, as well as people with HIV who are not yet retained in care. DISQ Office Hours: Gender-Affirming Data Collection
DISQ “Office Hours” are technical assistance opportunities that allow Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipient and provider staff to talk with their peers in an informal setting about specific technical challenges and solutions. These hour-long calls include a short presentation by a RWHAP recipient or provider about their data management approach.

Primero Yo: A Participant-Driven Group Empowering Latina Women with HIV to Find Their Voice
A culturally sensitive, participant-driven, Spanish-language group for Latina women with HIV promoted engagement in HIV services. Many participants had never previously engaged in support services. The increased participation resulted in multiple positive outcomes, including HIV viral load suppression, reduced stigma and isolation, engagement in mental health services, and increased community advocacy.

Addressing Structural Barriers to Care through the Implementation of a Community Health Worker Program
Community Health Worker (CHW) models are a strategy to reduce inequities in HIV. This presentation will describe an evaluation of 397 CHW program participants, with findings on the impact on barriers to care and clinical outcomes, as well as the relationship among unmet needs, CHW encounters, and clinical outcomes.
