Instructions on how all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part C recipients can access, complete, and submit the RWHAP Part C Allocations Report.
Using a multidisciplinary approach to harness the electronic patient portal for completion of RWHAP six-month recertification documents, we were able to create a more patient-centered method that complies with program requirements. We will discuss the challenges, opportunities, and results of using such technology in program recertification.
Following Hurricane Ida in New Orleans, Tulane ID providers utilized an innovative communication model to contact patients using a Google Voice number to act as the clinic call back number. Using this model, 88 out of 132 patients were successfully reached, with 36 percent of those that answered requiring urgent refills.
California’s AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Assistance Program (PrEP-AP) provide access to life-saving medications and insurance assistance for eligible California residents living with or at risk of acquiring HIV.
