The Twinning Center Program
The Twinning Center Program

The HIV/AIDS Twinning Center Program develops institutional partnerships to strengthen the human and organizational capacity necessary to scale up and expand HIV/AIDS prevention, care, treatment, and support services in countries of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
