The ADAP Data Report (ADR) is a reporting requirement for ADAPs to provide client-level data on individuals served, services being delivered, and costs associated with these services. The ADR replaces the AQR (ADAP Quarterly Report). See the HRSA HAB Website for additional information.

The 2014 ADR Instruction Manual has been released in DRAFT format for comments, due July 11, 2014.
