Topic: ADAP Data Report (ADR)

The ADAP Data Report (ADR) is a reporting requirement for ADAPs to provide client-level data on individuals served, services being delivered, and costs associated with these services. The ADR replaces the AQR (ADAP Quarterly Report). See the HRSA HAB Website for additional information. Visit the ADR Forum to share your experiences and learn from your peers.
