HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau

HRSA staff work with funded agencies to help them implement their grant projects. HRSA Project Officers are like case managers for grantees. They need to be able to handle all kinds of situations, translate complex requirements, know when to call in specialists, and provide "tough love" when necessary. The TARGET Center supports this process by providing a centralized platform for TA and training resources. The Program Parts pages are especially important for project officers, and are one-stop shops for all news, events, and resources related to the multiple programs.

Upcoming TA & Training Events

  • The Calendar lists upcoming webinars and other events, while the Webinar Archives house past sessions.
  • As HRSA/HAB staff plan the 2016 Ryan White Conference, look to past Grantee Meetings for resources you can use.
Sign-up for a TARGET Center account to publicize events and share resources.

Sources of TA & Training

  • The Resource Library includes thousands of webinars and written materials on dozens of topics of interest to grantees, providers and PLWH.
