Quality Site Visit

A Comprehensive Site Visit is required for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Programs (RWHAP) Grant funded agencies within the Division of Community HIV/AIDS Programs (DCHAP). The primary purpose of a comprehensive site visit is to ensure that programmatic and legislative requirements are met, the RWHAP Grant funded agencies are progressing effectively in proposed activities, and to identify any areas in need of improvement. In addition, the site visit serves as a tool to provide on-site technical assistance (TA) and to define additional TA needs to assist to meet the  legislative requirements and program expectations.

A Site Visit Team, consisting of consultants,  is assembled and conducts the site visits.  The DCHAP Site Visit Work Group facilitated this training to the consultants.

The focus of the training is to provide site visit consultants with the necessary guidance and tools to formulate a clear, concise, well-organized, and coherent site visit report after conducting a comprehensive or technical assistance site visit.
