Quality management technical assistance and training resources from the National Quality Center.

The National Quality Center's cooperative agreement with HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau provides no-cost, state-of the-art technical assistance for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. Assistance seeks to improve the quality of HIV care nationwide. Quality programs include:

  • Training sessions (leadership, regional, train-the-trainer): Teleconferences; on-site help; multimedia tutorials for those new to the field (Quality Academy); and the in+care campaign on improving retention in care.
  • Customized no-cost technical assistance: Available on an array of quality management topics (e.g., assessing existing activities, developing plans, using data to improve quality).
  • Publications, Training Materials, Best Practices, and More: Includes resources for those new to the field; requirements for Ryan White grantees; and varied collections (e.g., performance measures, quality infrastructure, cross-Part and international quality activities).

Since 2004, the National Quality Center (NQC) has provided technical assistance to support Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grantees by creating innovative services to meet their unique needs.
