The International AETC, operating as “I-TECH,” is a global network that supports the development of a skilled health work force and well-organized national health delivery systems. I-TECH’s work is designed to provide effective prevention, care, and treatment of infectious diseases in the developing world.

TA and Training Services

I-TECH delivers training and technical assistance under a Partnership Model that works toward building sustainability and transitioning implementation to local ownership. Assistance is provided in four areas:

• Health system strengthening.
• Health workforce development.
• Operations research and evaluation.
• Prevention, care, and treatment of infectious diseases.
