The Bureau of Justice Statistics reports that 1.5% of prisoners in the U.S. are living with HIV; this is four times the rate for the general population. This webinar reviews prevention and testing efforts taking place in the context of incarceration and then focuses on different models of continuity-of-care. The webinar concludes by reviewing an evidence-based model currently being implemented in prisons and jails around the country and the world to improve continuity-of-care.
