HRSA/HAB Issues Awards for Ryan White Training/Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreements

HRSA/HAB has issued awards for three-year cooperative agreements to undertake a series of activities to provide support to grantees, providers, and consumers served by the Ryan White Program.

  • Technical Assistance Resources, Guidance, Education, and Training (TARGET) Center has been awarded to University of California, San Francisco. The goal of the TARGET Center is to provide a central place for technical assistance products that address the needs of HIV/AIDS care providers.
  • Data and Reporting Technical Assistance (DART) cooperative agreement was awarded to Cicatelli Associates, Inc. The purpose of DART is to help targeted grantee organizations to collect, store, and retrieve client-level data for program reporting, evaluation, and quality improvement.
  • Fiscal Management cooperative agreement was awarded to HealthHIV. The purpose of the fiscal management technical assistance is to build organizational fiscal management capacity, diversify and improve income streams, and develop and enhance operational fiscal systems of Ryan White-funded grantees.
