Description

Draft recommendations were released November 19 by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force calling for screening all 15-65 year olds for HIV. If adopted, universal HIV screening could be adopted by insurers as a preventive care service with no co-pay, as called for under the Affordable Care Act.
