Division of Community HIV/AIDS Programs: Site Visit Consultant Webinar - Fiscal Overview

In April, HRSA/HAB will conduct new Site Visit Consultant Webinar(s) for current and new Site Visit Consultants. Each webinar will include an overview of the site visit process, the new Site Visit Assessment Tool, and the newly revised Site Visit Report followed by specific training on the Administrative, Fiscal, and Clinical Site Visit Core Requirements

At a minimum, all interested professionals should have but not be limited to the following requirements:

  • Minimum five years of HIV/AIDS experience in the Administrative, Fiscal and/or Clinical field. (Project Directors, Administrators, Fiscal Managers, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, and other professionals are strongly encouraged to submit their resume to fulfill the webinar requirements.)
  • Be willing to dedicate a minimum of 3-4 consecutive work days to complete an onsite site visit.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Have an ability to recognize and analyze problems and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Pass the respective Site Visit Consultant Post Test exam that will be emailed following completion of the webinar(s).
  • Any others skills deemed necessary to fulfill the duties of conducting and reporting on a successful site visit.
