HRSA HAB HIV Performance Measures

HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB)

Performance measures are an indication of an organization’s performance in relation to a specified process or outcome. HRSA HAB Performance Measures were developed to help Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program agencies monitor and improve the quality of care they deliver.

Each measure is described in detail, including national targets, basis for selection, and references. Measures fall under the categories of Core, All Ages, while others cover specific services, populations, along with Systems Level measures.
