Tools to Assist with Health Insurance Enrollment Conversations

Are we speaking the same language? Tools to assist with complicated conversations about enrolling in health insurance.

Join the the ACE TA Center for the second in a series of three training webinars. This session will train program staff to use two new resources designed to support culturally competent enrollment: a discussion guide to talk with clients about enrolling in health insurance, and a plain language glossary to support conversations with clients. On Thursday, July 31 at 3 PM ET the final webinar in this series will provide training on a tracking worksheet to help keep track of each client’s enrollment status.

Who should attend?
These training webinars will be especially useful to program managers, case managers and other staff that conduct outreach, benefits counseling and enrollment activities, as well as the grantee staff that support these programs. Grantees: please share this opportunity to your subgrantee providers!
