Reaching Our Clients: What Works in Community Connection, System Linkages, and Access to Care

Event Date: Wednesday, July 26, 2017 - 2:00pm to 3:00pm EDT

Event Type: Webinar / Teleconference

Are you or someone you know a direct HIV service provider? Do you work with hard-to-reach populations? Providing a patient navigator or bridge counselor may be just what you need! In this interactive webinar, presenters from two of the HRSA/HAB Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) demonstration sites will share their insights into successfully working with those that are hard-to-reach.

Having implemented two different and successful interventions, these presenters will walk through best practices, highlight key takeaways, lessons learned, and answer questions about replication. The presenters also bring expertise having implemented these interventions with hard-to-reach populations across the Deep South in both rural and urban clinics. This is the second of the series of webinars brought to you by the SPNS Integrating HIV Innovative Practices (IHIP) project.
