Client Level Data:
TA on the Ryan White Services Report (RSR)

The grantee report certification deadline has been extended until 6:00pm Wednesday, March 17th. The due date for providers to submit their provider reports for grantee review will also be extended until 6:00pm Friday, March 19th.

Beginning January 1, 2009, all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grantees and service providers will begin client level data collection for HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau using the new Ryan White Services Report (RSR). The RSR is a data collection and reporting system for reporting information on programs and clients served (Client Level Data). Over time, the RSR will replace the Ryan White Data Report (RDR), which is an aggregate data report.

Training and technical assistance (TA) resources on the new RSR are available via the TARGET Center. These include Web cast trainings, on-site assistance with experts, and other help. Take advantage of the assistance being offered. For more assistance and TA with RSR, contact your HRSA/HAB Project Officer to discuss needs and decide on what training and TA services to utilize or emal RSR.TA@sphereinstitute.org
