Client Level Data:
TA on the Ryan White Services Report (RSR)
Everyone is required to submit the 2010 Ryan White Services Report (RSR) starting in the Spring of 2011!
For 2009 reporting, only the Big Three – Outpatient Ambulatory Care, Medical Case Management and Non-Medication Case Management – were required to report. 2010 reporting includes everyone. Check out the Instruction Manual to determine if some of your providers can be exempt from reporting directly, meaning you can report for them. You will also find a quick reference for the client level data elements for your providers in the manual, in Appendix A of the Instruction Manual.
