About Us
The TARGET Center Web site is the central source of technical assistance (TA) and training resources for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. The site is the one-stop shop for tapping into the full array of TA and training resources funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), which administers Ryan White services. HRSA is an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
TARGET stands for Technical Assistance Resources, Guidance, Education & Training. Among the TARGET Center’s key features is a TA Library (to find tools/products to enhance HIV/AIDS care and planning work and to locate various TA resources), a listing of Ryan White agencies under the map-based Ryan White Community webpage, Sources of TA organized by topic area, and a Help Desk for online and phone-based support. The target audience for the TARGET Center includes Ryan White grantees, planning bodies, and HRSA/HAB staff, but also extends to others, like consumers in search of services, various health and human service agencies, and the general public.
